Questions about pricing
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Sign up with just an email and password. No credit card, no billing info — nothing. The free tier is free permanently, not a trial.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account's Plans & Billing page. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then you're moved back to the free tier automatically.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays intact. If you're over the free tier limits when you downgrade, you won't be able to add new items until you're back within the limits — but nothing is deleted.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Can I switch between Premium and Max?
Yes. Go to Plans & Billing in your account settings and use the subscription portal to change your plan. Stripe handles the proration automatically.
Are there any usage limits right now on the free tier?
The free tier includes up to 5 cases, 10 contacts, 3 tags, and up to 10 files or 500 MB of storage — whichever comes first. It's designed to let you explore and evaluate Herarx before committing to a paid plan.
